From October 15 to 19, Sinochem International attended the 112th Autumn Canton Fair held in Guangzhou. On October 17, Han Gensheng and Du Keping, Vice Presidents of Sinochem Group and Li Chao, Vice Party Secretary of Sinochem International visited the booth of Sinochem International where the field personnel introduced the products and the exhibiting situation to them.

Sinochem International's chemical, agrochemical and fine chemical business Unites attended the fair, and received a total of nearly 100 purchasers from different countries around the world. Of them, chemical clients mainly consulted us about DEG and PVC, and we reached PVC and DEG orders of intent with them; fine chemical clients mainly paid attention to water-based functional coatings and polyether; agrochemical clients were mostly from Southeast Asia who mainly consulted us about glyphosate products, and we reached orders of intent of glyphosate and cluster bean with them. On the other hand, Sinochem International also took this opportunity to understand and predict the market, and enhance corporate image.

During the fair, Han Gensheng and his party visited Sinochem International Guangdong Branch; Li Chao, on behalf of Sinochem International, reported about Guangdong Branch's operation and management situations and the development status quo of logistics, agrichemical, chemical and fine chemical businesses in Guangzhou. Han instructed that each unit should plan regional development, adhere to performance-, value- and market-orientation, and build its own corporate culture during operation innovation management. He also stressed that each unit should give priority to HSE and implement it unremittingly.

Canton Fair, i.e. China Import and Export Fair, has been held twice yearly in Guangzhou every spring and autumn since the spring of 1957. It is a comprehensive international trade event in China with the longest history, the highest level, the largest scale, the most types of goods, the most attendees and the best transaction results.
