Singapore Land Group Limited Announces Appointment of Peter Sim Swee Yam as Non-Executive & Independent Director and Member of Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Singapore Land Group Limited has accepted the recommendation of the Nominating Committee which has reviewed Mr. Peter Sim Swee Yam's credentials and experience, and approved the appointment of Mr. Peter Sim Swee Yam as Non-Executive and Independent Director and member of Remuneration Committee and Nominating Committee.
