Regarding Siamrajathanee Public Company Limited ("the Company") has offered its ordinary shares from the capital increase, in the number of 85,000,000 shares, through its initial public offering during 3-7 October 2020, at the price of Baht 6.5 per share and the Company received proceeds from the offering of such capital increase shares in the total amount of Baht 552.5 million, after deducting expenses incurred from this offering, the remaining proceeds are in the amount of approximately Baht 527.23 million.

The Company would like to report the uses of proceeds from capital increase as of 30 June 2022

as follows:
