Shui On Land Limited reported unaudited property sales results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter of 2021, contracted property sales amounted to RMB 3,825 million, comprising residential property sales of RMB 3,823 million and commercial property sales of RMB 2 million, respectively. For the third quarter of 2021, total gross floor area ("GFA") of contracted property sales were 54,300 square metres ("sq. m.") and 1,009 units of carpark. The average selling price of the signed contracts respecting property sales for the third quarter of 2021 was RMB 71,900 per sq. m. Accumulated contracted property sales amounted to RMB 15,940 million for the first nine months of 2021, comprising residential property sales of RMB 15,697 million and commercial property sales of RMB 243 million, respectively. Aggregated GFA sold for contracted property sales reached 290,100 sq. m. with the average selling price of RMB 54,900 per sq. m. In addition, 1,352 units of carpark were sold in the first nine months of 2021.
