SKFH announces its issuance of common shares has been completed and urges those who miss deadline to submit payment

5.Cause of occurrence:
SKFH received the full proceeds from its issuance of common shares on August 20, 2021. According to Article 142 and paragraph 3 of Article 266 of Company Act, the Company should urge existing shareholders and employees who miss the deadline to submit payment from August 23, 2021 to September 23, 2021 at 3:30 pm.
6.Countermeasures:
(1) Existing shareholders or employees who delay payment for shares may take the original subscription document to the nationwide branches of Shin Kong Bank to submit payment during the stipulated period. Those who fail to pay accordingly shall forfeit their rights.
(2) For shareholders and employees who pay accordingly during the stipulated period, the Company will allocate the new shares to their TDCC accounts as soon as possible after the stipulated period ends and TDCC operations are processed.
