SHILOH INDUSTRIES DONATES $10,000 TO WELLINGTON COMMUNITY AUDITORIUM PROJECT

VALLEY CITY, Ohio, January 24, 2014 - Shiloh Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:SHLO), a leading supplier providing lightweighting and noise and vibration solutions to the automotive, commercial vehicle and other industrial markets, today announced it is donating $10,000 to the Wellington Community Auditorium Project. The community is raising money to build a new auditorium at its high school that is scheduled to open in 2015.

"Shiloh employees take great pride in giving back to communities, especially in programs that can positively impact the future of our children. At Shiloh, we support the arts and STEM education, both of which can benefit from the auditorium, hosting community events, plays, science fairs and more," said Ramzi Hermiz, president and chief executive officer, Shiloh Industries, Inc.
Plays and other events are often held in the auditorium at McCormick Middle School since there is no auditorium at Wellington High School. The McCormick auditorium is scheduled to be torn down.

"We saw a need in one of our communities and we are thrilled to be in a position to provide support to a great cause," said Jesse Maurer, vice president human resources of Shiloh Industries, Inc. "On behalf of all of us at Shiloh, we wish the Wellington Community Auditorium Project great success."
