Shenzhen Click Technology Co.,Ltd announced that a private placement of not more than 47,683,122 shares for gross proceeds of note more than CNY 368,687,200 on February 22, 2022. The transaction will include participation from not more than 35 investors. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company at its 11th meeting of the fourth directorate and subject to share holders meeting and by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The securities to be issued will have a hold period of 6 months from date of closing.
