China Communication Telecom Services Company Limited Appoints Zhang Li as Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, with Effect from 20 March 2014

The board of directors of China Communication Telecom Services Company Limited announced that Ms. Zhang Li has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director, a member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the company with effect from 20 March 2014. Ms. Zhang is currently a professor at the School of Material and Mechanical Engineering of Beijing Technology and Business University, China, instructing the graduates and doctoral students.
