SHANGHAI ZHENHUA HEAVY INDUSTRIES CO., LTD. Recently, "ZHEN HUA 16" carrying 2 quay cranes of Lome, Togo and 2 quay cranes of Congo has sailed from the wharf of Changxing Branch.
The quay cranes of Lome, Togo have a track gauge of 30.48m, a lifting height of 53m above the rail, an outreach of 67m, and a back outreach of 20m. The project started in late January this year and completed the final assembly of the beams in early August.
The quay cranes of Congo have a span of 30.48m, a lifting height of 42m above the rail, a lifting height of 20m above the rail, an outreach of 62m, and a back outreach of 15m. The project started at the end of April this year and completed the assembly of the beams in mid-September, taking only 2 months to complete the work of pile arrangement and commissioning in all aspects.
The two projects were affected by the epidemic, continuous high temperature and typhoon weather during the manufacturing period, however, the Project Department coordinated closely with all departments to make the projects proceed steadily according to the established plan nodes, and finally completed the shipment successfully according to the time required by the customers.
