APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board of Directors of Shanghai Asia Holdings Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Raymond Ng Say Than (“Mr Raymond Ng”) as the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company with effect from 11 September 2011. Mr Raymond Ng will be replacing Mr Tung Kum Hon, the outgoing CFO, whose last day of service with the Company is on 10 September 2011.

The particulars of Mr Raymond Ng pursuant to the requirements of Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the

Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited will be furnished in a separate announcement.
