The Company is focused on development and production growth in the Shale boom developing in western North Dakota and has holdings in McKenzie and Divide counties. The Company's holdings are within three separate units containing three producing Bakken/Three Forks wells, 14 permitted wells, 14 application wells, and approximately six wells based on engineering reserves (34). Its Bakken-Hawkeye 3-2413H Well produced over 350,000 barrels and 550,000 cubic feet of gas. Its other projects include Three Forks - Dorothy 3-27HS Well and Bakken - Yauch 03-04 Well. The Company operates in New South Wales.
