Hals-invest Limited Liability Company cancelled the acquisition of 1% stake in LLC "Project Nastasyinsky" from Public Joint Stock Company HALS-Development.

Hals-invest Limited Liability Company agreed to acquire 1% stake in LLC "Project Nastasyinsky" from Public Joint Stock Company HALS-Development (MICEX:HALS) on July 24, 2015. The consideration shall be paid in full value by money funds. The transaction was approved by Board Of Directors of HALS-Development. Hals-invest Limited Liability Company cancelled the acquisition of 1% stake in LLC "Project Nastasyinsky" from Public Joint Stock Company HALS-Development (MICEX:HALS) on July 24, 2016.
