G-Smatt Global Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A114570) acquired 5% stake in Bio Nicsgene Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A222810) from Seoul Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for KRW 4.8 billion on November 14, 2018. As per the terms, G-Smatt Global will acquire 0.8 million shares at 5,970 per share.
