SERVIZI ITALIA: Signed an agreement with SACE for supporting international growthA 10 million Euro loan issued by Banca Popolare dell'Emilia Romagna and granted by SACE will allow Servizi Italia S.p.A., a company listed on the STAR segment of the Stock market, leader in Italy in the integrated services of rental, laundry and sterilization of textile garments and surgical instruments for hospitals, to continue its international growth and development strategy in the Brazilian market.
In particular, the amount of loan is allocated for investments that Servizi Italia has already born and will bear for growing activities outside the Brazilian market, in order to pursue a strategy of development of plants specialized in innovative technologies for laundry, while developing renting and sterilization services at the same time.
In Brazil, and particularly in the State of São Paolo, health laundry market presents a penetration rate of 55% and the most part of wash-hire service isn't outsourced to private operators and therefore it has strong development potential.
