SERAKU Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended May 31, 2021. For the quarter, the company reported net sales were JPY 11,313 million compared with JPY 10,096 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,155 million compared with JPY 742 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 963 million compared with JPY 463 million a year ago. Net income per share were JPY 69.82 compared with 33.67 a year ago. Diluted net income pe share was JPY 69.18 compared with JPY 33.65 a year ago.
SERAKU Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of solutions of information technology (IT) infrastructure, web marketing communication and smart solution through the Internet. The Company includes 3 business segments. The IT Infrastructure segment supports network, server, building security, maintenance and contract development business by the company-owned qualified IT infrastructure engineers. The Web Marketing Communication segment is engaged in the construction and operation of website, as well as planning and operation of marketing for companies and organizations. The Smart Solutions segment is mainly engaged in development of web systems, smart phone applications and embedded systems.
