SERAKU Co., Ltd. (TSE:6199) agreed to acquire MIND CO.,LTD from an individual on July 12, 2024.
For the period ending March 31, 2024, MIND CO.,LTD reported total revenue of ¥167 million, EBIT of ¥10 million and net income of ¥11 million. As of March 31, 2024, MIND CO.,LTD reported total assets of ¥114 million.
The expected completion of the transaction is July 29, 2024.
SERAKU Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of solutions of information technology (IT) infrastructure, web marketing communication and smart solution through the Internet. The Company includes 3 business segments. The IT Infrastructure segment supports network, server, building security, maintenance and contract development business by the company-owned qualified IT infrastructure engineers. The Web Marketing Communication segment is engaged in the construction and operation of website, as well as planning and operation of marketing for companies and organizations. The Smart Solutions segment is mainly engaged in development of web systems, smart phone applications and embedded systems.
