Senba Sensing Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300701) agreed to acquire Alpha Instruments, Inc. from Da Ke Li for $3.2 million on October 28, 2019. Senba Sensing's 10th meeting of the 3rd directorate approved this transaction on October 28, 2019. Recently, Senba Sensing Technology has paid the first equity transfer amount of $2.9 million in accordance with the terms of the Equity Transfer Agreement.
