The Management Board of SECO/WARWICK S.A. (the "Company"), acting pursuant to Par.
103.1 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic reports to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated February 19th 2009, reports that the 2014 periodic reports will be published on the following dates:
Quarterly reports:

• consolidated quarterly report for Q4 2013 - March 3rd 2014

• consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2014 - May 12th 2014

• consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2014 - November 14th 2014

Semi-annual report

• consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2014 - September 1st 2014.

Concurrently, pursuant to Par. 83.1 and Par. 83.3 of the Regulation, the Company represents that the consolidated quarterly and semi-annual reports shall include, respectively, the condensed separate quarterly and semi-annual financial statements.
Annual reports:

• separate annual report for 2013 - April 30th 2014

• consolidated annual report for 2013 - April 30th 2014.

The Management Board of SECO/WARWICK S.A. also reports that the consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2014 will not be published, as permitted by Par 101.2 of the Regulation.
