CHANGE OF FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2021

The date of publication of Scandinavian Brake Systems A/S' (SBS Group's) annual report 2020 has been changed from 25 March 2021 to 7 April 2021. The dates regarding the Annual General Meeting have been changed accordingly.

Consequently the financial calendar for 2021 will be the following:

17 March:	Deadline for proposals to the agenda for the Annual General Meeting
07	April:	Preliminary announcement of financial statements 2020 including the Annual Report 2020
07	April:	Notification of the Annual General Meeting
29	April:	Annual General Meeting
26	August:	Interim report

Scandinavian Brake Systems A/S (SBS) is a Denmark-based company engaged in the manufacture of industrial and automotive parts. The Companyâs activities are divided into three divisions: SBS Automotive, which produces, remanufactures and distributes brake parts and related wear parts for the automotive aftermarket; SBS Friction, which is responsible for the development, manufacturing and distribution of brake components and friction materials for motorcycles and related vehicles, as well as for wind turbines and other specialized areas; and Notox, offering the production and sale of filters, which reduce particle emission from diesel motors. It operates primarily within the European market. Furthermore, the Company is a parent of SBS Automotive A/S, SBS Deutschland GmbH, SBS Friction A/S and Notox Holding A/S.
