SBI Offshore Limited Announces Resignation of Mr. Ahmad Subri Bin Abdullah as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Nominating Committee, Member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee & Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of SBI Offshore Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Ahmad Subri Bin Abdullah as Independent Non-Executive Director of the company effective from 16 August 2017. Following his resignation, Mr. Ahmad Subri has relinquished his position as Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Management Committee and Remuneration Committee.
