IBKC-MGI New Growth Specialized Pre-IPO Fund acquired 1.43% stake in GTG Wellness Co.,Ltd (XKON:A219750) from SBI-Growth Ladder Konex Vitalization Fund managed by SBI Investment Korea Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A019550) for approximately KRW 820 million on September 29, 2017. SBI-Growth Ladder Konex Vitalization Fund sold 0.03 million shares at the price of KRW 32,000 per share and reduced holding to 0.18 million shares.
