'In most mature economies pensions provided by employers, either fully or partially, account for 30% to 50% of a person's pension on average. The benefits of corporate pension plans are clear both for the employer and for the employee - the worker will be guaranteed social protection when reaching the age of well-deserved rest, while the company obtains a personnel motivation tool to retain highly-qualified talent or rotate staff.'

NPF of Sberbank offers its customers a wide range of corporate plans, tailoring individual programs for each entity depending on a company's goals and possibilities. NPF of Sberbank's corporate pension plans are part of employee benefits packages with the biggest socially responsible employers in Russia, including Aeroflot, Volvo Car Russia, All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Experimental Physics, Expocenter, and many more. Over 240,000 people enjoy corporate pension plans provided by NPF of Sberbank.

Alexander Veterkov, Deputy CEO, Rabota.ru,

'We see Russian job seekers' priorities changing. According to ourstudy, even now Russians put a company's stable position above its paychecks. Nearly half of the respondents (44%) said in March 2019 that the crucial items on their perfect job list include an employee benefits package and perks. The importance of these factors will keep climbing in the next few years and employers will have to adjust and follow the trend to attract and retain qualified talent.'

The poll was conducted in February 2020 among economically active population aged above 18. The sample included 2,500 respondents from all districts of Russia.
