São Paulo, May 21, 2014 - Books, DVDs, CDs, Blu-Rays and games with a "same-day delivery" seal will be delivered on the same day by Desafio Saraiva (Saraiva's Challenge) if purchased by 3:00 p.m. The initiative guarantees same-day delivery or their money back to clients from São Paulo and greater São Paulo who need to receive the products they bought in a short period.
By launching this challenge, Saraiva aims to offer agility and efficiency and show its commitment to clients in the delivery process. The dynamics is simple: when buying a promotional product via the website www.saraiva.com.br by 3:00 p.m. with a credit card, clients will receive the item on the same day by 10:00 p.m. The total price includes the product's price and freight.
The initiative will cover more than 35,000 products from the company's portfolio (books, DVDs, CDs, Blu-Rays and games) available on the website with the "same-day delivery" seal. According to the Saraiva Group's Retail Business Director Marcelo Ubriaco, Desafio Saraiva represents one more option for clients to receive their products with agility. 'In addition to serving clients with excellence, Saraiva aims to offer the best shopping experience anytime, anywhere.'
Initially available in São Paulo, the Company plans to expand the Challenge to other capitals, including Rio de Janeiro and Salvador.
