(KOSE:A006660) from Maenghwa Ha for approximately KRW 590 million on November 4, 2016. The offer per share is KRW 11,000. Pre deal, Ho-Kon Ko had 2.77 million shares and post deal, Ho-Kon Ko will hold 2.8 million shares of Samsung Climate Control.

SAMSUNG CLIMATE CONTROL Co. Ltd is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture of automobile components. The Company engages in the original equipment manufacturing (OEM) of modular cooling systems, oil coolers, inter coolers, radiators, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) coolers, condensers and transmissions, which are used for automobiles. It also engages in the operation of highway resting places with gas stations. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets, such as America, Europe and Southeast Asia.
