		CCTV from Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand

Samart Telcoms PLC (the Company) would like to notify that Samart Communication Services Co., Ltd. (the Subsidiary), a subsidiary with 99.99 percent of total shares was announced by Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand as the tender winner for the rental of security network system with CCTV of Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Group at Map Ta Phut area belonging to Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate Office for the service term of 60 months. The Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand issued the tender winner announcement on 4 August 2022 that the Subsidiary had been selected as the tender winner with the total price proposed of 294 million baht (including VAT).

The Subsidiary will have a contract signed after receiving an invitation letter to sign the contract from the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand.
