(Alliance News) - Saccheria F.lli Franceschetti Spa reported Wednesday that it closed the half-year with net profit up 6.0 percent to EUR700,000 from EUR660,000 in the same period last year.

As of June 30, revenues stood at EUR9.8 million, down 22 percent from EUR12.6 million in 2022.

Ebitda is EUR1.3 million, up 17% from EUR1.1 million in the first half of 2022 and with an Ebitda margin of 13.6% from 9.0%.

Net financial debt is EUR2.6 million, down from EUR5.3 million as of December 31, 2022.

Looking to the future, "Saccheria continues on the path of growth both through the evaluation of M&A transactions and by envisaging continuous investments in innovation, new development projects of the manufacturing part, strengthening of e-commerce and adapting the organizational structure in order to consolidate the competitive advantage over other players in the sector also by promoting a corporate culture with continuous involvement of its employees in its activities and growth paths," the company explained in a note.

Saccheria F.lli Franceschetti is in the green by 1.0 percent at EUR1.03 per share.
