Euronext has announced that the closure of Alternext Amsterdam has been deferred until 31 December 2015 at the latest. Royal Reesink is pleased with the outcome of the discussions with Euronext and the AFM, and will make the preparations for a transfer to Euronext or another trading platform.

This press release is published in both Dutch and English. In case of conflict between the Dutch and the English version, the Dutch version shall prevail.
