The Management Board of Ronson Development SE (the " Company") hereby announces that on 16 January 2020, the Supervisory Board, acting pursuant to Article 8.1 of the articles of association of the Company, appointed, effective as of 1 February 2020, Mr. Yaron Shama to the position of Finance Vicepresident of the Management Board of the Company for a five- year joint term of office of the Management Board, which commenced on 1 April 2019.

Mr. Yaron Shama is a certified public accountant with twenty years' experience in real estate development sector. Prior joining Company's Management Board, Mr. Yaron Shama for nine years was a Chief Financial Officer at Bellport Corp. (formerly: Orchid Development Group ltd), a company from the development industry, operating in Bulgaria. whose shares were traded on the London AIM market. Earlier, for ten years he performed various functions (including Country Manager, CFO, Business Development Manager) in companies conducting real estate development activities in Poland.

In accordance with his representation, Yaron Shama is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register and he does not conduct any activities outside the business of the Company which would be competitive to the Company's business, and does not participate in any competitive company as a shareholder of a capital company (above 10% share), civil law company, a partnership or as a member of a corporate body of any capital company or any other competing legal person as a member of its corporate bodies.
