The board of directors Roma Group Limited announced that, based on the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Company for the six months ended 30 September 2018, it is expected that the Group may record a loss of not less than HKD 7.0 million attributable to owners of the Company for the Period, as compared with the loss of approximately HKD 0.7 million for the six months ended 30 September 2017. The loss during the Period was mainly attributable to (i) a decrease of approximately 15% in the Group's total revenue during the Period as compared with that for the six months ended 30 September 2017 due to drop of average project contract amount outweighing the impact of the increase in number of projects and (ii) the recognition of one-off non-cash expenses for shared based payment of approximately HKD 2.8 million.
