RoadMainT Co.,Ltd. announced the implementation the scheme of rights and interests distribution for 2019 as follows: a cash dividend of RMB 0.16505 (taxes included) per A share. Record date is May 20, 2020. Ex-dividend date is May 21, 2020. Cash dividend payable date is May 21, 2020.
