Highlights for H1 2021

RISMA increased ARR from DKK 12.7m to DKK 13.7m despite the fact, that management was heavily involved with the IPO and that resources in the sales organization were limited. From Q3 onwards, the sales organization are being rebuild based on the new commercial management team now in place. 

• RISMA successfully onboarded 22 customers
• As announced in company announcement 7-2021 on date 30 June 2021, has the full year guidance for ARR been changed from DKK 14,6m to DKK 15,0-15,4m

 

Management review

RISMA continues to develop on the GRC suite and with an extra reporting layer that combines reporting in all relevant GRC areas, we believe that RISMA’s suite in Q1 2022 will be even more attractive for customers and partners.

We expect that our niche in the GRC market in this decade will be consolidated around fewer full GRC software suites rather than the many point solutions that presently dominate the market. It has for many years been RISMA’s ambition to be first mover in this development.

 

Organizational growth

The commercial management team has been significantly strengthened. In the period, RISMA hired a new Chief Commercial Officer, Jan Jansson, who came from an Equity Partner position in Deloitte. Other new hires included new Sales Directors for Sweden and Norway, a new Marketing Manager, and a new Director for partnerships. A former colleague, Steen Rath, rejoined RISMA as Sales Director for Denmark and RISMA’s former Chief Sales Officer, Kasper Hülsen, took up a new position as Chief Market Development Officer.
