Monthly Consolidated Sales Report -November 2014

Hsinchu, Taiwan, December 8, 2014 - Richtek reported today that November 2014 consolidated net sales was around NT$ 1,029 million, up 23.70% from a year ago, and down 5.48% from October.

Ms. Lorna-Li Yao, Spokesperson, noted that with the ramping of our new products, Richtek's November revenue has grown significantly compared to the same period last year.
