Restaurant Brands International Limited Partnership reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was USD 708 million compared to USD 590 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 1,639 million compared to USD 1,438 million a year ago. Net income was USD 236 million compared to USD 259 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.77 compared to USD 0.84 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 0.76 compared to USD 0.84 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was USD 1,317 million compared to USD 1,097 million a year ago. Revenue was USD 3,090 million compared to USD 2,698 million a year ago. Net income was USD 419 million compared to USD 438 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.36 compared to USD 1.43 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.35 compared to USD 1.42 a year ago.
