Republic Healthcare Limited Appoints Yeo Teck Chuan as Independent Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and Member of Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, Effective August 1, 2021

Republic Healthcare Limited announced that Mr. YEO TECK CHUAN has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the company as well as the chairman of the company's audit committee and a member of each of the company's nomination committee and remuneration committee with effect from 1 August 2021. Since December 2020, Mr. YEO has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Legion Consortium Limited.
