Reliv' International, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2016. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of $13,036,450 compared to $14,834,363,000 a year ago. The impact of the reduction in Net Sales were partially offset by a reduction in selling, general and administrative expenses. Loss from operations was $181,297 compared to income of $428,718,000 a year ago. Loss before income taxes was $66,660 compared to income of $264,447,000 a year ago. Net loss was $43,660 or $0.00 per basic and diluted share compared to income of $116,447,000 or $0.01 per basic and diluted share a year ago.
