Reed’s Inc. announced the appointment of Dan Doherty, Principle of Raptor/Harbor Reeds SPV LLC to the company’s Board of Directors effective January 10, 2018. The company also announced that Charles Cargile resigned from the Board of Directors effective January 6, 2018.
