CANCELLATION OF PARTIAL REPURCHASED SENIOR NOTES

References is made to the announcement of Redco Properties Group Limited (the "Company") dated 15 November 2021 (the "Announcement") in relation to the Company's partial repurchase of its senior notes. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement. The 2022 Note I in the aggregate principal amount of US$15,500,000 repurchased by the Company have been cancelled by the Company in accordance with the terms of the 2022 Note I.
