Company Rapid Holding AG

Rapid Holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding company engaged, through its subsidiaries, in the manufacturing of machinery and development of real estate. Within the Industry division, the Company is involved in the manufacture of single-axle tractors, industrial vehicles, as well as garden and landscape maintenance equipment. In the Real Estate division, the Company is active in the financing, development, management and rental of properties in the municipalities of Dietikon, Killwangen/Spreitenbach, Faellanden and Boesingen in Switzerland. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiaries Rapid Technic AG, Rapid M+F Services AG, LOGOtherm AG and Rapid Gruenau AG.
