Cat Long Import and Export Joint Stock Company announced that it will raise VND 198,000,000,000 of equity funding from Quang Binh Import And Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE:QBS) on May 11, 2018. The investor will hold 99% stake in the company post the transaction. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor.
