The Board of Directors Meeting No.5/2018 of Quality Houses Public Company Limited ("the Company") held on August 10, 2018 at 3.00 p.m. at the Meeting Room 7th Floor, Q-House Lumpini Building, No. 1

South Sathorn Road, Thung Mahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok, has resolved the following approvals.

• 1. Approve the Interim dividend payment as follows:

  Payment of the interim dividend for the 6 months operation periods (the consolidated financial statements) ended June 30, 2018 and/or Retained Earnings at 0.08 Baht per share. Record Date of the eligible shareholders for the dividend is determined on August 27, 2018 and the interim dividend will be paid on September 7, 2018.

• 2. Approve the appointment of Ms.Apinya Jarutrakulchai to be a new Director, effective on August 10,

• 2018, in replacement of Mr. Suang Chaisurote, who resigned on July 1, 2018.
