Kvadra Generiruyushchaya kompaniya : PJSC “Quadra - Power Generation” and the Lipetsk Region Administration Agree on Cooperation

The management of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation' and the Administration of the Lipetsk Region have signed the Agreement on Cooperation for the period 2017-2019. The agreement is aimed at development of the thermal power sector in the region, system-based cooperation in the field of rational use of energy resources, as well as comprehensive implementation of measures to improve energy efficiency of the region in order to ensure reliable energy provision to the Lipetsk Region consumers.

Discussion of the agreement was held in Lipetsk with the participation of Oleg Korolev, Head of the Lipetsk Region Administration and Yury Pimonov, General Director of PJSC 'Quadra - Power Generation.' Semyon Sazonov, vice-president of Group ONEXIM joined Moscow delegation representing the company as well.

Yury Pimonov confirmed that the shaped plans included construction of new pipelines and connection of consumers to the company's heat grids. For this purpose, the action plan will be prepared and approved, indicating the work stages and responsible persons from the company and the Administration of the Lipetsk Region.

Besides, the parties expressed readiness to pursue a balanced economic, technical and tariff policy aimed to enhance investing into the region's heat power complex, energy saving and environmental protection.
