PURE ENERGY MINERALS LIMITED Pure Energy Minerals Limited announced that it has staked 56 new 40 acres blocks (New Claims) and has expanded its Alkali Flats claims on its Nevada lithium brine project, to substantially increase its land holdings in Nevada. The Company decided to stake the New Claims based on recently acquired proprietary geophysical data to ensure proper coverage of the gravity low, an area interpreted to hold the great potential of containing a significant lithium brine resource. Through its recent staking, Pure Energy now holds the rights to acquire 7,040 acres in the area near the Silver Peak plant located in the Clayton Valley.
The Silver Peak plant is owned by Chemetall Foote Corporation, the only lithium brine producer in the United States.
