At a meeting of the Board of Pulse Investments Ltd held on April 25, 2023, the Board considered payment of a dividend of one half of a cent ($0.005) per share to the members of the company.
The Board determined that the decision should be deferred to a meeting of the Board to be held on July 12, 2023.
