PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited ("PTTGC") would like to inform that Solution Creation Company Limited ("SUN"), a wholly owned subsidiary of PTTGC, to sign joint venture agreement with S.P. PETPACK Company Limited ("S.P. PETPACK"), a leading plastic packaging manufacturer in Thailand and ASEAN who produces a high quality plastic packaging containers. In this joint venture, SUN will hold 25% share, an investment of approximately 50 million baht, of S.P. PETPACK INTER GROUP (THAI) Company Limited, a subsidiary of S.P. PETPACK, to jointly expand investment in building plastic packaging manufacturing plant and develop packaging market in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. This project follows PTTGC's strategic direction to expand into CLMV market.
