PT. Great Giant Pineapple made an offer to acquire remaining 49% stake in PT Sierad Produce Tbk (JKSE:SIPD) for approximately IDR 400 billion on June 30, 2015. PT.

Great Giant Pineapple will acquire 464.78 million shares of PT Sierad Produce for an offer price of IDR 850 per share. Great Giant Pineapple has secured financing from its creditors - Bank OCBC NISP, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited Bank, Rabobank International Indonesia, Cooperative Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank (Rabobank International, and the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation - which guarantee the funds availability on August 7, 2015. The tender offer is made for period between July 1, 2015 to July 30, 2015.

The payment date is August 7, 2015. PT Raya Saham Registra acted as registrar to Sierad Produce.
