PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (JKSE:BEST) signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 90 hectares of land located in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi from PT Nusa Raya Mitratama on February 15, 2013. PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate plans to use internal cash to fund the acquisition. PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk will pay a security deposit of IDR 300 billion. The purchase price will be paid gradually over 6 months. The acquisition is subject to PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate and PT Nusa Raya Mitratama having fulfilled Bapepam-LK Rule, fairness opinion having been obtained and an independent valuation of the assets having been carried out.

As May 15, 2013, PT Bekasi Fajar Industrial Estate Tbk (JKSE:BEST) signed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 90 hectares of land located in Cikarang Barat, Bekasi from PT Nusa Raya Mitratama for approximately IDR 920 billion. Under the terms of deal, IDR 300 billion is paid as a security deposit at the time the deed is signed and remaining is paid in a separate legitimate receipt. Budi, Edy, Saptono & Rekan Public Appraiser Office acted as fairness opinion provider and Paul Hadiwinata, Hidajat, Arsono, Ade Fatma dan Rekan, Public Accountant Office acted as accountant for PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk, the ultimate parent of PT Nusa Raya Mitratama.
