Stanley Atmadja Has Completed His Assignment


Today, PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Tbk. ("Adira Finance"), a subsidiary of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. ("Danamon"), announced the appointment of Willy Suwandi Dharma, former President Director of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika ("Adira Insurance"), as the President Director of Adira Finance, in the company's General Meeting of Shareholders. He succeeds Stanley Setia Atmadja, who has completed his assignment as Adira Finance President Director.

Adira Finance will continue to focus on the two-wheelers and four-wheelers financing in line with the stable growth of the Indonesian automotive industry. Adira Finance will also continue to extend its financing services, maintain strong and close relationship with its dealers and customers through various events, while internally apply prudent risk management to accompany its expansion.      

Moreover, Marwoto Soebiakno, who was formerly the Marketing Director of Adira Finance, is appointed as Adira Finance Vice President Director. Following approval from Adira Finance's shareholders, Adira Finance's Board of Directors structure is as follows:

Willy Suwandi Dharma's Profile
Indonesian citizen, Willy Suwandi Dharma is born in 1956. He has served as the President Director of PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika (Adira Insurance) since 2003. Prior to working for Adira Insurance, he was the President Director of KPMG Siddharta Consulting Company (1999-2002), President Director of PT Asuransi Astra Buana (1993-1999) and held various executive positions in other Astra Companies (1982-1991). He is currently an active member of the Indonesian General Insurance Association (Asosiasi Asuransi Umum Indonesia-AAUI).
