BCA Held a Series of National Customer Commemoration Day Events

Jakarta, September 4, 2013 - As a token of appreciation to its loyal customers, BCA celebrated National Customer Day on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 by providing interesting souvenirs for the customers who came to Pondok Indah main branch and Wisma Asia.

President Director of BCA Jahja Setiaatmadja said, "To celebrate National Customer Day, we organized a series of events through educational seminar, parade, and souvenir giving. This event is being held to strengthen our relationship with our customers."

A series of events have been held to celebrate National Customer Day. The event started with an edutainment seminar themed "Indonesia Serve, Corporate Serve Customers", which was supported by Jakarta Gov. Joko Widodo on August 28, 2013. Then followed by Customer Sympathetic Parade at Bundaran HI on September 1, 2013 by providing souvenirs.

As a highlight of National Customer Day activities, BCA has given appreciation to its loyal customers by providing interesting souvenirs to the customers who attended the event. Mr. Jahja has also visited Pondok Indah main branch and Wisma Asia to meet the customers in person and gave them special greetings.

Customers are the most important thing for BCA . BCA always makes every effort to provide the best services and solutions in banking products and services as our slogan "Always By Your Side". As of June 2013, the number of BCA customers had reached over 12 million people and the number of office networks has reached 1,028 throughout Indonesia with 12,429 ATM units.
