Viktor Pichugov, a former senator representing the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, has become the beneficial owner of a 10% stake in Promsvyazbank.

Marbale Universal Corp, a company owned by Mr Pichugov, acquired around 10% of Pervobank's (belonging to PSB holding) shares. In addition, under the transaction terms, Marbale Universal Corp now owns around 10% of shares in Pervobank, which is currently merging into Promsvyazbank, and around 10% of ordinary shares in Vozrozhdenie Bank.

Viktor has a vast managerial experience in industrial asset management, and we welcome his decision to become a shareholder of PSB. Between 1994 and 1996, Viktor Pichugov was CEO of Goloil JV, and later was head of ANGG. In 2001, Mr Pichugov became a Deputy of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area's Duma, and, between 2004 and 2006, he was Head of the Nizhnevartovsk District Administration. Viktor Pichugov had been a member of the Federation Council, representing the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, from 2006 till 2015.
