5. Details	1. Report Overview POSCO CHEMICAL publishes a corporate citizenship report every year to share and communicate management activities and achievements with stakeholders. This report is the sixth sustainable management report published by POSCO CHEMICAL and consists of corporate citizenship management ideology and ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) performance. In addition, the table of contents was constructed by reflecting a carbon neutral roadmap and the Construction Material Standards Board(SASB) and Task force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures(TCFD) recommendations. 2. Reporting period This report focuses on management activities and their performance from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021, and some information includes the contents of the first half of 2022 before the report was published. Quantitative performance is reported with four-year(2018-2021) data to identify trends. 3. Scope of reporting This report includes the results of domestic businesses and offices and some overseas businesses such as Pohang(Headquarters), Gwangyang, Gumi, Sejong, and Seoul. - Environmental performance: Disclosure data of environmental information system (refractories factory, Pohang lime factory, Gwangyang lime factory, anode material factory 1, anode material factory 2, cathode material Gwangyang factory, cathode material Gumi factory) - Economic performance: IFRS(K-IFRS) consolidation criteria 4.
